Tim Colee (He/Him/His) — An Actor, Singer and Storyteller based in the Atlanta Georgia Area
Born and raised in the small historic town of St. Augustine, Florida, Tim has always had a passion and love for storytelling and shared human connections. Whether it be creating a fictional battle from the small tin of army men on his childhood bedroom floor, or the very first play he saw at his high school theatre, he has always been fascinated with the human condition and finding new and exciting ways to watch and share stories. It wasn’t until his senior year of high school that he discovered a love for the stage, joining the drama class on a whim with an extra slot in his schedule. After his very first scene, an excerpt from Clifford Odets’ Waiting For Lefty, he was instantly hooked. Fast forward four years later and Tim was graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre/Acting and a minor in General Communications from the University of West Florida. While at UWF, Tim performed in twelve main stage and black box productions, became the first student and non-union actor to play Ebenezer Scrooge in A Christmas Carol at his University in the eleven year history of the show, and he spent a summer abroad in Carlow, Ireland studying theatre, art, and Irish culture. After college, Tim spent some time traveling and performing all across the eastern coast of the U.S. He has spent four consecutive summers in outdoor Shakespeare productions with various companies. As a performer, he loves ensemble heavy work using groups, music and movement to tell rich and unique stories. He has also had a very enduring love of bringing Shakespeare’s work to the masses with free outdoor or educational performances. As far as his off-stage and off-camera life goes, Tim loves to read, play video games, explore local breweries, distilleries and vineyards and play hide and seek with his Aussie Mix pup “Lady”. Currently, Tim is based in Atlanta, Georgia, where he pursues his theatre career and looks to break into the film and television scene.
